HIGHJAM Lights Up London With Two-Day Tan-Themed Pop-Up 

HIGHJAM recently delivered a vibrant two-day sampling pop-up in London, partnering with beauty fans across the city to bring a glowing, summer-ready experience to thousands of passers-by. With our branded Airstream as the centrepiece, the activation combined beauty, fun, and free ice cream — creating huge buzz and high engagement at two prime locations. 

Day One: St Paul’s – High Footfall, High Engagement 

On 25th June, our team kicked off the activation at One New Change, St Paul’s, positioned just 40 metres from Space NK. The static placement of the Airstream allowed consumers time to explore the space, chat with the team, and enjoy their samples without feeling rushed. 

According to the Day One snapshot, we welcomed an estimated 2,800 people, delivered 1,500+ interactions, handed out 1,200 samples, and served 1,100 ice creams

Consumers loved the look of the Airstream and shared overwhelmingly positive comments such as: 

  • “I love the Airstream – it looks great.” 
  • “This is my favourite product!” 
  • “I’m going to visit Space NK after work and buy one.” 
  • “This is such a brilliant pop-up and offer—love it.” 

The warm weather and upbeat vibe made the experience even more inviting, encouraging dwell time and conversation. 

Day Two: Spitalfields – A Guerrilla-Style Hit 

The pop-up continued on 26th June at Spitalfields Market, positioned just 10 metres from Space NK. While slightly shorter in duration, the day still delivered impressive results – with a fresh flow of consumers, curious footfall and strong engagement. 

The Day Two snapshot recorded 3,750 estimated footfall1,100 interactions800 samples distributed and 800 ice creams served.

Despite a mix of sun, cloud and light rain, consumer interaction remained high. The working QR code proved popular and helped streamline product education and next-step interest. 

Visitors shared positive comments including: 

  • “I love how natural it looks.” 
  • “My skin always feels so soft and glowy after using this.” 
  • “The sample bottle feels so luxury being glass!” 
  • “Where can I purchase it from?” 

A Pop-Up That Sparked Joy, Conversation and Trial 

Across both days, consumers responded with enthusiasm, familiarity and excitement. Many already knew the brand and were delighted to receive a free sample, while others were discovering the product for the first time — making it the perfect blend of loyalty activation and new customer trial. 

The combination of premium designfriendly brand ambassadorsprime locations, and of course free ice cream, created a warm and memorable experience for beauty lovers in the capital.
