WHAT?
What you do on your shift depends on the job role you have been booked on. There are lots of different roles we offer here at Highjam; so here’s a quick glossary of the three main roles we book so you understand who does what
BRAND AMBASSADOR (BA)
You are the face of the brands. Your role is to communicate key messages and engage the public. This could be through leafleting or sampling, signing up data, showcasing a brand
TEAM LEADER (TL)
The TL is responsible for ensure the BAs arrive on time and are working to brief. You may also be responsible for managing stock and reporting.
EVENT MANAGER (EM)
The EM will oversee a campaign. From staff to stock and stands. The overall responsibility of a campaign lies in your hands!
WHERE?
Where you work, and the hours that you work, will change depending on the campaign. This variety is one of the things people love about working in Promo and Events! There are many major events and exhibition spaces that you may work at, but also a lot of on-street activity targeting the general public.
