The Challenge:
Poundland briefed us to fulfil merchandising and POS checks across its whole UK & ROI estate.
Our Solution:
Highjam booked a team of brand ambassadors to conduct nationwide store visits, in total assessing the POS at 828 stores (763 UK and 65 ROI) in the specified 2-week period. All ambassadors completed online training.
To facilitate the logistics of this activity, we scheduled stores into a well-structured journey plan for each ambassador. Brand ambassadors liaised with stores to gain access and communicate why the POS needed to be sited and remain in place.
The following merchandising was placed in store: A4 Posters, Door POS, SCO Till Headers, End of Aisle panels.
1 report per store was submitted (828 reports in total) recording feedback on existing POS, the location and placement of new POS. Reporting was completed in real time, then complied and communicated to client by Highjam Account teams.
Through this activity, positive brand reputation was maintained.
