Highjam Marketing have been appointed by Dott to launch their e-scooter service in partnership with TFL
Dott won the London tender following their European wide rollout in 16 European cities across Belgium, France, Italy, Germany and Poland.
Transport for London have approved the use of e-scooters in boroughs across London. Highjam street teams were dispatched to raise brand awareness during the product launch period. Members of the public were offered the opportunity to trial the product and sign up for discounted offers during the launch phase. QR codes were used to direct consumers to sign up pages to reduce barriers to purchase and increase ROI.
Face to face marketing is a very effective method to educate consumers about new products. It can be used to drive to sale, sign up to new services, data capture, overcome barriers and educate about new products.
Further activations for Dott continue throughout the Autumn as the e-scooters launch in more London boroughs and at Universities.
