What We Did
Highjam delivered the Bibigo pop-up end-to-end, handling concept, design, branding, stock, staffing, and fit-out to create a fully operational restaurant. The site featured an on-site kitchen, a dining area, and a grocery section with frozen and ambient products. Front-of-house staff, chefs, and brand ambassadors guided visitors through the experience, promoted offers, and managed seamless POS transactions. Running for 30 days in central London, the pop-up became a lunchtime hotspot, with branding opportunities encouraging visitors to engage with the Bibigo brand and share their experiences on social media.
