As early as you can, ideally 4-6 weeks before the show. Big events held at large exhibition halls such as The Excel or The NEC get booked up fast, and so earlier booking gives us time to source, brief and train your team properly. Short on time? Get in touch anyway. We regularly turn things round quickly.
Of course, some clients know exactly what they would like us to create, some just only need people. Others want us to help with concept, activation ideas, sampling strategies, giveaways or creating the full stand experience. We can start small and add more later.
Yes, through our network of European Activation Agencies (EAA) - we are happy to introduce you to our partner agencies in each market, or we can run the project centrally if you would prefer just one point of contact.
